Scope of Service
Fly Earth Visas and Hospitality (“the Company”) provides assistance in arranging travel insurance policies through authorized third-party insurance providers. The Company acts only as a facilitator and is not an insurer.
Insurance Provider Responsibility
All insurance policies are issued, managed, and governed by the respective insurance company’s terms and conditions. The Company has no authority over policy terms, claim decisions, or coverage amounts.
Policy Coverage & Premiums
Clients must review and understand the policy inclusions, exclusions, and coverage limits before purchasing. Once a policy is issued, premiums and service charges are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated by the insurer’s refund policy.
Claim Procedures
All claims, reimbursements, and disputes must be directly handled with the insurance company. The Company may assist in connecting the client with the insurer but is not responsible for claim approval, rejection, or delay.
Accuracy of Information
The applicant is solely responsible for providing accurate personal, medical, and travel details. The Company will not be liable for claim denial or policy invalidation due to false or incomplete information provided by the client.
Policy Validity
The insurance policy becomes valid only after it has been issued and full payment has been received. Any change in travel dates, destinations, or duration may require a policy modification or reissuance, which may incur additional charges .
Exclusions and Limitations
Coverage may not include pre-existing medical conditions, self-inflicted injuries, illegal activities, or travel to restricted regions. The client must refer to the specific insurance provider’s policy document for full details of exclusions .
Emergency Assistance
Some insurance providers include 24/7 emergency assistance. The contact numbers and procedures are mentioned in the policy document. The Company does not operate any emergency or medical assistance service on behalf of the insurer .
Refunds and Cancellations
Once an insurance policy is issued, cancellation or modification is subject to the insurer’s terms. The Company’s service fee component is non-refundable under all circumstances .
Disclaimer of Liability
The Company shall not be responsible or liable for the insurer’s refusal or delay in processing claims, any losses not covered by the policy, or misrepresentation by the applicant affecting claim eligibility.
Client Acknowledgment
By availing of travel insurance assistance, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of both the Company and the insurance provider, and that the final decision on any claim rests solely with the insurance company.
