Flight Booking (Expanded Terms)

Scope of Service: Fly Earth Visas and Hospitality (“the Company”) acts as an intermediary travel facilitator and provides flight booking services through accredited global distribution systems (GDS), airlines, or authorized consolidators. The Company is not an airline and does not operate or control flight schedules, seat availability, or cancellations.

Booking Confirmation: A flight booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and the ticket has been issued. The client must verify all details such as passenger names, travel dates, flight numbers, and destinations before confirming the booking. Any errors after ticket issuance are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Fares and Taxes: Airfares are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until ticket issuance. The total fare includes base fare, airline taxes, and applicable service fees. Additional surcharges, baggage fees, or seat selection charges may apply as per airline policy and must be paid by the passenger directly.

Name and Identity: Passenger names on the ticket must exactly match the names on the passport or government-issued ID. Most airlines do not allow name corrections or transfers. Any discrepancy may result in boarding denial, for which the Company is not liable.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary according to airline fare rules and ticket type (refundable or non-refundable). Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after receiving the refund from the respective airline, which may take several working days. The Company’s service charges are non-refundable under all circumstances. For partially used tickets, refunds (if allowed) will be calculated based on the airline’s policy.

Changes and Rebooking: Changes to travel dates, flight routes, or passenger details are subject to airline rules and availability. Rebooking or rescheduling may attract additional fare differences and penalties as determined by the airline. The Company will process changes only upon client request and receipt of applicable charges.

Baggage and Check-in Policy: Baggage allowance and check-in times vary by airline and destination. Excess baggage, special baggage (e.g., sports equipment, pets), or unaccompanied minor services must be arranged directly with the airline. The Company is not responsible for baggage loss, delay, or damage; such claims must be made directly to the airline.

Flight Delays, Rescheduling, or Cancellations by Airline: Airlines may cancel, reschedule, or delay flights due to operational, weather, or technical reasons. The Company has no control over such changes and will not be liable for any resulting losses, missed connections, or expenses. In such cases, the airline’s compensation or rebooking policy will apply.

Travel Documents and Visa Requirements: Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, and travel documents required for their journey. The Company is not liable for boarding denial or travel disruptions caused by missing or invalid documents.

No-Show Policy: A passenger failing to report at the airport within the prescribed check-in time shall be considered a no-show. In such cases, the entire ticket amount may be forfeited as per the airline’s policy.

Special Requests: Requests for meal preferences, seat selection, wheelchair assistance, or special services are subject to airline availability and cannot be guaranteed by the Company.

Refund Processing Time: Refund timelines depend on the airline and may range from 7 to 30 working days or longer in some cases. All refunds will be processed in the same mode of payment used during booking, after deducting applicable charges.

Liability Disclaimer: The Company shall not be liable for: Airline delays, cancellations, or overbooking; Losses due to missed connections or denied boarding; Acts of nature, government regulations, or operational issues beyond its control. The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service fee component.

Client Acknowledgment: By purchasing flight tickets through the Company, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of both the airline and the Company. The client agrees to comply with all airline regulations, check-in procedures, and travel requirements.
