Scope of Service: Fly Earth Visas and Hospitality ("the Company") organizes and facilitates domestic tour packages within India, including accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, and related travel arrangements. The Company acts as a coordinator between clients and various independent service providers, such as hotels, transporters, and tour operators.

Package Inclusions and Exclusions: The inclusions are clearly stated in the final itinerary or quotation. Anything not specifically mentioned (e.g., entrance fees, tips, personal expenses, optional activities) is an exclusion and may attract additional charges.

Booking and Payment: To confirm a package, an initial deposit as specified must be paid. The balance payment must be made before the specified due date; otherwise, the booking may be cancelled without notice. Package prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Rates and Availability: All rates are based on current prices, taxes, and fuel costs and are subject to change without prior notice. Availability is not guaranteed until full payment is received and confirmation is issued.

Transportation: Vehicles provided will be as per package selection. Vehicle usage is strictly limited to the itinerary. Any additional usage beyond itinerary or hours will incur extra charges. The Company is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided at the hotels mentioned in the package or similar alternatives. Check-in and check-out timings depend on hotel policy. Early check-in or late check-out may attract additional charges.

Meals: Meals are provided only as per the plan specified in the itinerary (e.g., CP – breakfast only, MAP – breakfast and dinner). No refunds or replacements will be provided for missed meals.

Itinerary Changes and Flexibility: The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road closures, etc.). Alternative arrangements of equal or higher value will be provided wherever possible. No refund will be offered for unused services.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation requests must be made in writing or by email. Cancellation charges apply based on the departure date and represent a portion of the total cost: • More than four weeks before departure: a minimum portion of the total cost. • Between two and four weeks before departure: a significant portion of the total cost. • Within one to two weeks before departure: a substantial portion of the total cost. • Less than one week before departure or a no-show: the full total cost. Service charges and taxes are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed after deducting cancellation and third-party costs.

Force Majeure: The Company shall not be responsible for any cancellation or curtailment of services caused by natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, road blockages, government restrictions, or any situation beyond its control. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The Company is not liable for illness, injury, or loss of personal belongings.

Liability Disclaimer: The Company acts only as an intermediary and its liability is limited to the service charges paid directly to it. Not responsible for loss, damage, accident, or services provided by third-party vendors.

Client Acknowledgment: By booking a domestic tour package, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
