Visa Services Terms

Embassy/Consulate Authority: Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate. We act only as a facilitator.

Non-Refundable Fees: All visa application fees, embassy charges, and service charges are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

Documentation Responsibility: The applicant is responsible for providing complete, genuine, and accurate documents. We are not liable for rejections due to incorrect information.

Processing Time: Stated processing times are approximate and depend solely on the embassy/consulate.

Passport Services Terms

Service Scope: We provide assistance for passport applications and renewals, acting solely as a facilitator. Decisions are made by government authorities.

Documentation Responsibility: The applicant is fully responsible for providing accurate and genuine documents.

Non-Refundable Fees: All payments are non-refundable, even in cases of rejection or withdrawal.

Client Presence: The applicant must appear in person for biometrics and verification as required.

Travel Insurance Terms

Scope of Service: We act as a facilitator in arranging policies through third-party providers. We are not the insurer.

Provider Responsibility: All policies are governed by the insurance company’s terms. Claims and disputes must be handled directly with the insurer.

Non-Refundable Fees: Premiums and service charges are non-refundable once a policy is issued.

Accuracy of Information: The applicant is solely responsible for providing accurate information for policy issuance.

Tour Packages Terms (Domestic & International)

Documentation and Visa (International): The traveler is solely responsible for all valid travel documents, including passport and visas. We do not guarantee visa approval.

Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required for booking. Full payment is required by the deadline. Prices are subject to change.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation charges apply based on the departure date. Service charges, visa fees, and insurance are non-refundable.

Liability: As facilitators, we are not responsible for supplier defaults, delays, or other issues beyond our control.

Hotel Booking Terms

Scope of Service: We act as an intermediary for hotel bookings. The hotel is the end service provider.

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon full payment.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation terms vary by hotel and are stated at the time of booking. Our service fee is non-refundable.

Guest Responsibility: Guests must comply with hotel policies. Any damages must be paid directly to the hotel.

Flight Booking Terms

Scope of Service: We act as an intermediary for flight bookings. We are not an airline and do not control schedules or cancellations.

Fares and Taxes: Airfares are subject to change until the ticket is issued. Passenger names must exactly match their passport.

Cancellations and Refunds: Policies vary by airline and fare rules. Our service charges are non-refundable.

Travel Documents: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all required valid travel documents and visas.
