Terms & Conditions for Passport Services
Service Scope
Fly Earth Visas and Hospitality (“the Company”) provides assistance and guidance for new passport applications, renewals, re-issues (due to damage, loss, or change in details), and related services as per the Government of India’s regulations. The Company acts solely as a facilitator and has no authority to approve, reject, or expedite passport issuance
Authority and Decision Making
All decisions regarding passport approval, rejection, or delay are made solely by the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK), Regional Passport Office (RPO), or other concerned government authorities. The Company shall not be held responsible for any refusal, objection, or delay arising from government procedures or verification processes .
Documentation Responsibility
The applicant is fully responsible for providing accurate, complete, and genuine documents. The Company will not be liable for any rejection, delay, or penalties due to incorrect or forged documents. Any verification or police clearance must be fulfilled directly by the applicant.
Processing Time
Processing times are indicative and depend entirely on government authorities. Delays due to police verification, address change, or administrative reasons are beyond the Company’s control.
Non-Refundable Fees
All payments, including government fees, service charges, and courier charges, are non-refundable, even in cases of rejection, cancellation, or withdrawal by the applicant.
Appointment Scheduling
The Company may assist in scheduling appointments at Passport Seva Kendras (PSK) or related offices. The final appointment date and availability depend on the government system and cannot be guaranteed for a specific time or day .
Loss or Damage of Documents
The Company will take utmost care of all submitted documents but shall not be liable for loss, delay, or damage of documents during courier transit, postal handling, or at government offices.
Client Presence Requirement
The applicant must appear in person for biometrics, document verification, or interviews as required by the authorities. The Company cannot appear or act on behalf of the applicant unless specifically permitted by law.
Re-Issue, Renewal, and Lost Passport Cases
For re-issue, renewal, or lost passport applications, the applicant must submit a valid FIR copy, affidavit, and other supporting documents as prescribed by the government. Additional charges may apply for complex or emergency cases .

The Company is not responsible for rejection or delay due to criminal records, address verification issues, or discrepancies in personal data, or for any decision or delay made by the Passport Office or Ministry of External Affairs.
